Elin are not real. They are made up by the people who made Tera. They were MADE TO LOOK LIKE LITTLE GIRLS. Therefore, they ARE little girls. Regardless of the lore, they are what they look like. Another point I have to make is WHAT THE FUCK? “AMERICAN?” I’m sorry, but this isn’t an AMERICAN thing. PLENTY of people think the same thing. I will say he’s correct about one thing. No one should accuse you of being a pedoPHILE just because of what character you play. No one should accuse you of anything over the internet because fuck do they know? You just have to ignore it like a normal person would because YOU know better.

I hated Vocaloid. The designs were cool enough, the idea behind the software was awesome, and some really cool things have been done with it, BUT the plague of obsession that surrounds it and how blown out of proportion it became is horrible. I hated how emotionless the voices were and thought it was best when people did their own covers. People like Yuyoppe, Deco*27 are brilliant producers, Hanatan, Neko, Vin, Doubie, etc are amazing singers and if it weren’t for all the covers, I would never respect Vocaloid.

However,with Vocaloid 3 out, my opinion is changing. The steady growth of realism in the voices, how human they are becoming, is wonderful. I mean, listening to SeeU, I might have thought it was a person. I’m super excited about it despite everything.

Also, Luka and Gumi are the only Vocaloids I really like. I hate Miku’s voice for most songs she’s sung.

Another thing, I’m sick of people saying a song is by “Miku”, or “Len”, or whoever. NO. Vocaloid is a software. You don’t say a song made in FL Studio is by “FL Studio” do you? NO. The humans who put all the work into it are the artists, not the program used.
